Bangkok is not really handicap accessible

Want to take the skytrain with that baby carriage? Sorry, no can do pal. Only stairs takes you to the platforms.

Also prepare for akward situations when you want to cross the streets or move around between shopping malls in those tubes above the streets. Consider baby carriers.

Granted, most big centres have elevators (probably lawfully required) but anywhere else seems sort of like a toss-of-a-coin if accessible or not.
